Best price guarantee
We have a best price promise. If you book directly with us, you will always get the best price offer.
Prices and bed tax
All prices include the statutory VAT and are subject to the local bed tax. The bed tax in Berlin is 5% of the gross price.
Breakfast
In order to give you the greatest possible flexibility, breakfast can be booked included or can be decided spontaneously on site. Breakfast costs 16.50 per person (9.50€ for children between 5-10 years) and is served from Mon-Fri 07:00 – 10:30 and weekends 07:00 – 11:00.
Free services
All direct bookers receive a welcome drink. A bottle of water per person is provided free of charge in the room on the day of arrival and coffee and tea are available to make yourself free of charge during your stay. Our bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo and shower gel.
Cancellation conditions
For the non-cancellable rate, 100% of the accommodation price must be paid after the booking has been made.
The standard rate can be canceled up to 3 days before arrival. After that, 100% of the accommodation price is due.
With our flexible rate, you have the option of canceling free of charge up to 12 pm on the day of arrival. After this time, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the accommodation price.
In any case, a credit card, deposit or cost coverage will be deposited as a guarantee for each room.
Room keys
Please note that we do not open the guest rooms with key cards but with real room keys. If you do not return the key to reception when you check out as usual, we will charge you €150 to change the lock.
Non-smokers
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you have booked a room with a balcony, please make sure that all windows and doors to the room are closed when smoking so that smoke can enter the guest room. If you notice a smell of smoke in your room, we reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee of €200.
On-call service
Our reception is manned until 9 pm during the week and until 6 pm at weekends. After that you can reach us on the emergency number: +49 157 33315966. If our on-call service has to call after opening hours through our own fault, we will charge you a fee of €50.
Check In / Check Out
We guarantee check-in from 3 pm. If you arrive earlier, please let us know and we will do our best to have your room ready for occupancy at the desired time free of charge. Otherwise you are welcome to leave your luggage with us in advance.
We ask you to check out by 12 noon. Subject to availability, you can also request a late check-out at reception for an additional charge.
Parking lot
We have a parking lot in the inner courtyard with a total of 12 parking spaces. Subject to availability, this can be booked for €15 per night. Please note that our driveway to the inner courtyard is 2.90m high and 2.40m wide. Our parking lot is video-monitored, but we are not liable for any damage caused by third parties.
Pets
Please understand that pets are not allowed in our house.
